Reporting a number that is wrong

This is the most useful thing you can send. Fee pages change without announcement, and the date each figure was last checked is printed on the relevant page. If something no longer matches, the company's own URL is the single most helpful thing to include — corrections are checked against the company's published page before anything changes, and the check date is updated when they are.

Asking for a destination or a marketplace

Adding a country means finding its postage band, its import tax rules and any items it refuses — so it is not instant, but requests are what decide the order things get added in. The same goes for marketplaces and for proxy services not currently covered.

What we cannot help with

We are not a proxy service and have no access to anyone's orders. If a parcel is late, an item was refused at a warehouse, or a refund has not arrived, the company you paid is the only party who can act. Their own support pages are linked from each of their fee pages here.
